Worst experience of my life. We stood in front of the entrance for over 10 minutes and tried to open the door more than 50 times, but nothing worked. The service was also terrible when we called the number on the door. We couldn't even get a complete sentence out before they hung up. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Storebox doesn't care if your unit gets broken into and doesn't even notify you that it's happened! My unit was broken into in September, and I've been trying to contact them ever since regarding insurance and a rent refund, because my unit was locked for over a month without them giving me the code. They don't respond to emails, and when I call the hotline, they just tell me the person in charge will call me back, which never happens. Storebox ignores you until you just give up. Tough luck if your things were stolen; Storebox couldn't care less.
We weren't contacted for over a month about the break-in at our storage unit.Edit: After another two weeks and several attempts to contact them, there's still no response. Any other storage provider seems like a better option than this one.
There's supposedly a UPS access point there. But you can't actually get in. Anyone having a package delivered there can just write it off. The support is extremely unfriendly and refuses to help. I've tried several times. No chance of getting help; they consistently refuse.
