I rented a self-storage unit in Vienna through Localstorage for approximately 10 months. During this time, I was working abroad and primarily stored books, clothing, and sports equipment in moving boxes in the unit. The unit is dry, and everything remained in good condition. Reserving the unit, initial access, and cancellation were all quick and easy online processes. I can therefore highly recommend Localstorage!
Poor support, defective entrance control infrastructure. Entrance codes do not work after normal business hours. Support email and telephone numbers are unmanned outside of 9-5 business hours. Avoid this business if you want access to your possesssions in storage in the evening/night/weekend/public holiday.
1) Everything is online!!!! From looking what's available in which location to receiving the contract and access code. 2) Flexible cancelation policy 3) Locations are across all Vienna and very convenient in terms of car access and parking. Using this service already several years and in several locations. 10/10!
