I was very satisfied from the service kind and helpful Mrs. Heinrich, beginning from the moment I contacted until the end of my contract. Furthermore, the store was excellent: easy to reach 24/7, the use of trollies from the car via elevator to the store location and every thing was very clean.
From the very beginning, I was extremely well-advised at MyPlace in Seestadt! The manager Mr. Riederer there is truly exceptional – he recommended the perfect storage unit for me, and the consultation was fantastic. I was given a full tour of the facility, and everything was explained to me in detail. I even received a photo so my partner could get an idea of the storage size.On top of that, we got an amazing deal – just 1 Euro for the first month, with an optional insurance add-on for 6 Euros. In total, I paid 7 Euros for the first month and couldn’t be happier with the price.This storage has been incredibly helpful in managing my move from Vienna to Germany. While my moving plans are still being finalized, it’s such a relief to know my belongings are safely stored.The team is super friendly, and I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend using this storage facility!
Truly a great experience to have used a storage room for almost a year now at myPlace. In general, when I read good reviews I am always sceptical but now that I have terminated my contract (since I found an apartment which has storage room) and I have the full experience from start to finish, I can only say that I recommend myPlace and especially the one near Seestadt. Sabine has been very helpful throughout the time I had my belongings there and I have just received also the credit in my account. No hidden charges or anything. Clean spaces, straightforward instructions and safety. If I need a storage room, I will definitely come here again. Also, English speaking people are always welcome here :) Thank you Sabine, thank you all!
