I think it's great that you don't have to throw away things you no longer need here, but can leave them in a "swap room." This way, waste is avoided and the items are given a second life. Please note that you can't just walk into the building. You have to register at reception beforehand and have them unlock the entrance. Thank you for this idea.

I recently moved into the new MyPlace location in Nied and am absolutely thrilled with the friendliness and exemplary customer service of Sebastian Nevola and his team!I previously had a storage unit at MyPlace in Offenbach/Kaiserlei for three years and was delighted that a new MyPlace location had opened so close to me, making it very easy to reach.It's a brand new, state-of-the-art building, and the storage units are bright, welcoming, and easily accessible without long walks, corners, or narrow passages. The parking spaces for cars and the maneuvering area are very spacious. At other MyPlace locations, this is significantly less than ideal, with much less room for multiple cars or vans.Another advantage is that MyPlace in Nied is easily accessible by public transport, in addition to driving. The storage facility is just a few meters from the "Birminghamstraße" tram stop.The service has been extremely friendly and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Sebastian Nevola took a great deal of time to answer all my questions and found me the perfect storage unit. I immediately felt welcome and very well taken care of. Even my special request regarding the move-in date due to the relocation was accommodated, which made the move much easier.I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent and professional handling of the entire move-in process. From the initial contact and contract signing to the actual handover of the storage unit, everything went completely smoothly, quickly, and without any complications.A big thank you to Sebastian Nevola for this positive experience, even though I have always received exemplary friendly and service-oriented support from Myplace in the past. I am now looking forward to using the brand-new storage units at the Nied location and wish the team every success in marketing these very attractive units.
