I'd like to send a very clear, POSITIVE message here...All my expectations were met, as I'm used to with agreements. This also applies to pre-contractual discussions and questions. Everything in the rental agreement was clear and there were no hidden costs. Phone availability was excellent! Callbacks were prompt when needed! Very quick responses by email as well. All contacts were very friendly and competent.

The management and electricity are fine. Prices are too high for four open-plan apartments. I still haven't gotten my deposit back after six months, and I'm constantly calling back. Not recommended.

I have been here since it opened and have been more than satisfied. My appointment was very quick and I have not had any problems so far.

I've only been renting a single unit since December, but I had already inquired at the end of October/beginning of November. From the inquiry, through the provision of information and the inspection with the caretaker, to the final rent payment, everything went smoothly. The initial contact was with Mr. Kobert by phone (I don't personally know the Mr. Kolb mentioned in the other review). In my case, the rest of the contact was entirely via email. From December to January, I then had to change the registration/registration from private to commercial. This led to some confusion and a lot of follow-up phone calls on my part, but even then, the hero of my hour – via email – Mr. Kobert, who didn't let me down. Overall, I would actually give it 4 stars (because the transfer didn't go smoothly as promised, and because apparently one hand didn't know what the other was doing, and the rent was debited twice), but 1) everything was sorted out, and 2) I personally can't understand the negative review. So, full marks 👍🏻 Apart from the single unit, which I think is huge, and the well-located garage/storage space, I can only recommend it.
