Yesterday was my first time at Angelique’s Beautyplace and I'm absolutely thrilled! The moment I walked in, the whole team gave me a super warm welcome and I immediately felt at ease. Uwe took his time and perfectly catered to my wishes. The result on my hair is simply fantastic – I couldn't have imagined it any better! I'm super happy and will definitely be back! ☺️

I went to Nilay for a balayage treatment. Nilay is a very friendly person and goes out of her way to ensure that customers leave the salon satisfied. I was even able to come back two days later for a touch-up on a small area. I'm 100% satisfied. Natalya was also very kind and took great care of me. The price is quite high, but it was worth it for me.Thank you so much, dear Nilay :)

I have been there twice for haircuts and the barbers were always professional and sweet. The main staff however exudes an insane amount of snobbery (which was also confirmed by a German friend of mine who they were rude to). This time they gave me an appointment for Sunday. Being non-German I didn’t think a lot about it. Probably it was a miscommunication - so I called them again to reconfirm and was met with a very rude and aggressive person who kept insisting “I don’t speak English, I don’t understand you” while articulating their thoughts properly in English anyway and said “what do you want from me? I have no appointment for you now” all the while being super aggressive which is very weird of someone running a business. Well never mind, I know of a hairdresser I won’t ever visit. Good luck to you if you plan to visit - hope you can speak German and exhibit a certain level of poshness. Pure trash 👍
