I was able to arrange a storage unit the same day. The required information was clearly indicated and an app was downloaded to access the unit. It was a great system for accessing the unit and everything was arranged quickly.

The storage units we ultimately rented were clean, but one drawback was the lack of lighting. When booking the units, I had to call them back because they hadn't used the floor plan, making the location of the units very inconvenient. We visited the location beforehand and were fortunate enough to be able to arrange two other units by phone that were more conveniently located. Another drawback is that you can't park your car inside, so you have to be vigilant that the roller door won't close. The Storage is located on a confusing, fairly busy road with limited parking in front of the roller door. Despite everything, I'm happy with the space.

Nice, clean location. If there are any problems, they're within a minute's reach. I'm absolutely thrilled with it.

Nice space, good service, and quickly arranged to rent a box. My box was unfortunately past a step, which wasn't convenient with a cart full of boxes. A downside is the lack of parking. It's not easy to park in front of the door, especially since it's used as a parking lot by the "neighbors."
