Simply good, also because you can go there around the clock and they are helpful if needed.

In 2022, I rented a garage box from Theo, with a contract for 6 months. When I finished my project after 3 months, I wanted to discuss the possibility of terminating the contract. I managed to close a deal with great difficulty. I ended up losing nearly €200 on it myself. The owner is very business-oriented and has little understanding of changes of course or empathy for how things can change. In 2023, I called again to rent a box. I was told that the experience from the previous time didn't sit well with him and that that wasn't the way things were done. There was a box available belonging to people who also wanted to get out of their contract. I suggested paying these people's rent so that I could use an empty box. No... that wasn't the way things were done either. He said he would think about it. I had to call back myself. The answer was that he had already found someone else for the box and that nothing was available at the moment. (According to him, the website is up-to-date and indicates multiple available boxes). In short, he doesn't have the guts to simply say that he isn't interested in a 'flexible, younger' tenant who changes his plans after every night's sleep.A cold fish, a businessman, lacking empathy and very negligent in communication. He just wants people to sign a one-year contract so he can get rich while sleeping without too much hassle; if this is your thing, then it is a prime location to rent. If you want to be treated more decently and want custom storage, then go look somewhere else!
