I have had practically all my household contents in storage here for 5 years. Reason for leaving: without notifying me, they emptied my storage unit because a drainpipe needed to be installed. Items were not put back in the same place, and two days before my departure abroad, I had to search for all the items I had ready to take with me (meaning the storage unit had to be emptied and restocked). As a result, I incurred extra costs because I couldn't find everything and had to repurchase it. Also, that same evening, the remote control didn't open my own storage unit (it doesn't have a lock of my own), but someone else's! A programming error? Then this could happen to anyone else too... An apology was offered for forgetting to inform me about the drainpipe. I was offered a free month if I wanted, but the apology didn't feel sincere, and I no longer felt safe after this 'break-in' and the remote control problem. After a few weeks in Spain, I flew back to the Netherlands because I wasn't comfortable with the situation and moved my belongings to another storage unit with doors that can be locked. No more remote controls for me, and no more unauthorized access to my stuff!

Excellent temporary storage. Nice space, generous hanging times, convenient lift. The trolleys aren't all equally convenient for furniture, but it works fine. The lift is nice, but it creaks and squeaks so much that I don't know how much longer it will last. Competitive price.

I've safely stored my wife's mini-switch here. No more lost bricks, no more arguments. Top-notch security, and a steal compared to a divorce. Thanks, Mini Storage, for saving my marriage and those 10,000 bricks! 👌
