Friendly and efficient service from Quinten! The box is neat. Access is well-organized. We borrowed a trailer. Everything was as it should be. Highly recommended.

Rented a box smoothly and quickly, no hidden costs, good customer service. Great value for money. The storage itself: clean, dry, easily accessible. Very satisfied.

Everything was arranged and sorted out quickly, which was very nice. Until I arrived from another place with my car full and the old lock was still on the box, so I couldn't get in. It was a Friday afternoon; no one was present at the branch. I called, waited a long time, and was told someone could come, although of course it took at least 30 minutes. They had made a mistake, which can happen of course, but it cost me extra time and caused me to be late for work.

We were happy with their services until this happened recently: Came here on a Sunday only to find the swipe card not working as they have wrongly locked our access!! The office closes on weekends so no one could help us. It was frustrating as it wasn't supposed to happen, a total waste of our time and money to transport here. So next Monday we had to make time again to come here, the receptionist was very cold, she unlocked our card but no apologies for their error, which left a bitter taste for us :( I hope they can improve the procedure and customer service experience.
