This morning we rented a moving van from Opslagbox Zutphen. My husband has had a driver's license for 30 years and has driven a moving van probably 100 times. The van wouldn't start, and the employee immediately got angry at my husband, asked for his license, and then... my husband was literally sent away!! So there we were, on the day of our move, without a van. How can you do this to a family? Unbelievable, even when there's been a fire at your company. You don't leave people out in the cold like that. We had to rush to find a new moving van. Ultimately, we postponed the move a day and were able to rent one from Autohopper the next day. This van had 5,000 km on the odometer and started immediately. No problem! The Opslagbox van had over 300,000 km on the odometer! Just an old truck. But the worst part was the way my husband was treated and sent away: "Go away!" they yelled.

Beware!! The trucks I rent out have over 250,000 km on the odometer! I couldn't get the truck to start, the manager got angry, and refused to rent out his rotten truck. Run away from this company; they're not friendly and have no sense of customer service.

Had an issue with our lock at 10:45 pm on Sunday night and they resolved the problem promptly. Very accommodating - highly recommend!
