I have had storage elsewhere before, but this is truly a very nice storage facility. Everything is arranged very neatly; everything on-site is super tidy and organized. What is very convenient is that you don't have to lug your stuff around; they have various carts and even a lift for this. I am very satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Top notch! We were able to get in quickly and the space was clean, dry, and easily accessible. Something even went wrong with the transfer, but we received excellent help and it was resolved quickly. If we need a space again, we will definitely come back.

Very poor customer service; I was accused of not having paid, even though this is done monthly via automatic transfer. The company's records were not in order, and I was denied access to my own locker. The lady also refused to check the records; she claimed it was all my fault and my bank's. She also said I could be committing fraud if I presented the debit as proof.A day later, the payment was suddenly processed after I sent a message to a colleague of the lady.Very unhelpful and unfriendly.
