Also, the location was great for me as the storage is centrally located and close to the EU institutions. The storage room was clean, safe and dry. Access to the building and storage worked easily. I rented a storage for about three years and got on very well. The place is perfectly dry and clean, as well as being secure, with surveillance cameras and access with badges and pins. The storage facilities are also very spacious, easy to access, and cheaper compared to those of big companies in town. Right in the centre, behind the European Parliament, the location is unique. Gino is a delightful person, always helpful and kind. I highly recommend optima self storage. If I needed storage again in the future, I have no doubt that I would return to them.

I highly recommend Optima Self Storage. Gino was great to deal with - very professional with the set up of the rental and met me on site to explain everything. The exit was also very efficient. The unit was clean and access was simple - even when I got the code wrong and it had to be reset it was done without delay! The only issue I had was a rent increase which I wasn't aware was in the contract. Gino handled this well and we came to an amicable agreement.
