Update 2: They've resolved the issue and are looking into their Peppol flow to prevent this problem from happening again. I've decided to take their word for it. This has upgraded my rating to a 3, whereas the original rating was 1 star.The boxes themselves are of good quality and always accessible. Various tools are available to help with loading or unloading items. Although these do occasionally disappear, this is not their fault, but the fault of other users.The temperature and safety are noticeably present, so I can leave my belongings there with peace of mind.The administration sometimes leaves a lot to be desired (read the original review), and blockages are sometimes wrongly implemented due to errors on their part. I've been renting a box from them for almost a year now, but have already been blocked twice because their system doesn't register my payments, even though I paid correctly. Not recommended simply because of the stress they cause, where you randomly can't access your products.Update to comment: Payments are made via instant payment. These are processed immediately upon payment and deposited into your bank account. This is a guarantee and works well every month. This means that your system needs a certain number of days after receipt to process. Meanwhile, you immediately block access to the goods. This seems more like a bug with your slow system, which shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. Furthermore, the first time it took a considerable amount of time to receive confirmation that the error was yours, and it was resolved immediately once confirmed. However, I now notice that the structured message is missing and has been replaced by the invoice name, along with the transition to Peppol. So I'm fairly confident that this is the problem why the payment match wasn't performed, but again, I wonder why the customer should be concerned. An email had already been sent. But despite the email, I still haven't received a response, which is understandable considering the error on your part combined with the immediate closure...
