I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience at Shurgard. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and the facility itself is highly impressive. What stood out most was the advanced technology and automatic systems. The smooth, secure access using personal codes/apps (for gates, doors, and elevators) made visiting my unit incredibly efficient. The high level of security provided great peace of mind. I also want to specifically thank Tove for her outstanding service throughout my rental and move-out process. Highly recommended for a secure, modern, and hassle-free self-storage solution!
Super easy and straightforward. When I needed to add a couple days to my contract, it was no problem. I appreciated the online service specifically from the Farsta- Trångsund Shurgård. I did not have equally helpful service from other Shurgård offices.
Can't fault this at all. I was so happy with the service. I felt respected and important. This site is easy to access for customers yet very very secure; and that was very important to me when storing my late husband's belongings while I got it all sorted
