Called around 10:30am and a very polite gentleman guided me and answered my questions. I went to the Industrivägen reception this Monday 10th. March. Found a very professional, kind and patient lady. Anita is her name right? Especially that It was my first time to use storage services. Jag pratar lite svenska. She was so understanding. Answered all my questions satisfactorily. Showed me how to use the app. Let me try it out on my own. Aha. Such a relief. Especially because it was unplanned move i was stressed out but left Shurgard very calm and relieved. Please don't change 🙏🏾
I was looking for a storage unit for my work related items and wasn’t sure what size was right for me. I gave the customer support a call and the lovely Tilda was the person that picked up the phone. She was super helpful, answered all of my questions and even found me a better location and price for the unit I needed. I had a great experience and everything was super easy, she was polite, helpful and made my day!
The staff is always very attentive and helpful. Very satisfied of their serivce, their flexibility and their customer friendly approach. Would recommend hands down Shurgard Solna for those who are looking to keep their personal belongings in safety and trusting that they have a team to support the customer when needed.
