The storage facility makes a good impression. There's little transparency regarding availability. On the website and when driving by, it initially appears to be sufficiently available, but when I inquired by phone, several sizes of storage units were fully occupied.

Very friendly owner. No-nonsense, always very honest. Storage is spotlessly clean, access is well arranged, enough space for loading and unloading and actually always very quiet. Not unimportant, storage is heated and there is camera security, so your stuff is dry and safe there. I won't look for the next major renovation, if Specker has a spot for me.

After we ran out of space in September, I contacted the owner, Ruud Specker. He didn't have a space available that met our needs at the time. However, after we contacted him several times about our urgency, Ruud suddenly called to say he had a space available. We gratefully accepted and were even able to rent two additional weeks from mid-December to the end of December without any problems. This took the pressure off us and allowed us to move a few boxes at a time with less stress. We really appreciated this gesture and highly recommend Specker Self Storage. The spaces were neat and clean, with lighting everywhere as you entered each room, and it was great that you could always access the space with your keys and tag. Kudos. Ruud, thank you for your service.
