We have had a very good experience with Tiko Storage.Always polite and correct, regardless of the method of contact.Tiko Storage was also kind enough to refund a month's rent because the box could be rented out a month earlier.
Great place for storage, studios, and music practice rooms. The friendly staff at Tiko were quick to help and brainstormed with me about the possibilities for temporarily storing a large number of books. You can access it 24/7, and there are many amenities available, including a forklift, transport dogs, large transport carts, electricity, and even a toilet near the storage units.
In 2017 hebben wij met succes een NEN 3140 inspectie uitgevoerd bij Tiko Opslag.In 2023 heeft de eigenaar van Tiko Opslag ons weer ingehuurd en gaf hierbij aan dat dezelfde inspectie uitgevoerd moest worden als 5 jaar geleden. Wij hebben hier vervolgens een offerte voor gemaakt en deze offerte is door de eigenaar van Tiko Opslag getekend.Tijdens de inspectie beweerde de eigenaar van Tiko Opslag opeens tegen de inspecteurs dat de afspraak niet om een NEN 3140 inspectie ging, maar om een Scope 10 inspectie. Dit was incorrect en wij hebben zoals afgesproken een NEN 3140 inspectie uitgevoerd.Achteraf beweerde hij dat hij afspraken had gemaakt met de inspecteurs over het kosteloos omzetten van de NEN 3140 inspectie naar een Scope 10 inspectie. Dit is uiteraard niet mogelijk en onze inspecteurs maken dit soort afspraken ook niet zelf met de klant.Aangezien de NEN 3140 inspectie niet volstond voor zijn verzekeraar hebben wij alsnog een Scope 10 inspectie aangeboden aan Tiko Opslag voor een gereduceerde prijs.Op 10 Oktober zouden wij de inspectie komen uitvoeren bij Tiko Opslag, maar de beste man bleek helaas niet aanwezig. De inspecteur heeft vervolgens gebeld naar de eigenaar van Tiko Opslag, iets wat de eigenaar van Tiko Opslag eerst ontkende, maar achteraf heeft toegegeven wel gebeld te zijn door ons, en de inspecteur is na een lange tijd wachten vertrokken, omdat er voor hem op dat moment geen werk was daar.De eigenaar van Tiko Opslag heeft nadat wij voor niks zijn kant op waren gereden en een tijd lang voor een dichte deur hebben gestaan niet gebeld om dit op te lossen en in een eventuele vergoeding te voorzien voor onze verloren tijd, nee in plaats daarvan heeft de eigenaar een review achtergelaten op onze bedrijfspagina vol met onwaarheden om ons bedrijf in diskrediet te brengen. Al met al hele slechte ervaringen met de eigenaar van Tiko Opslag.
