Reviews
Excellent storage, but unfortunately, there's often trouble getting in. Because they use an app and code, not a key, it's often a technical issue that prevents you from getting in. When you try to cancel your storage unit, they claim there's a one-week notice period, but you still end up paying a full month's rent. You also don't get a full refund on the deposit because they offset it against an outstanding month's rent, which shouldn't be there, since the notice period is one week, according to them. I wouldn't rent a storage unit from them again in the future.
