Initially, there were no boxes of the type I needed available on the ground floor at the Zevenaar branch, so I signed up online for a box on the upper floor and submitted a request for a downstairs box in case one became available. However, before I received the contract online, I was offered a downstairs box after all (which would become available in the coming days) at the cheaper price. Everything was then easily arranged online. That is my only (very positive) experience with customer service so far, as everything changes itself and I haven't needed customer service since. The generous opening hours certainly contribute to my positive experience as well. You can go there daily at almost any time. And in hindsight, a box upstairs wouldn't have been a problem either, since there is a large elevator available. A box on the upper floor is therefore just as accessible as a box downstairs. My experience so far has been exclusively positive. A big thumbs up.

Access is straightforward, and the storage units are in great condition. I have been renting a box at the Green Box for about a year now and it is excellent! You do everything with an app, from opening doors to checking what you have to pay monthly. The floor is always nice and clean there, and if you need a trolley for transport, they are available for you too (Free!).

Great storage space with excellent service from Tom!I am very satisfied with Green Box (storage) in Zevenaar. The Green Box app works pleasantly and smoothly. For example, you can open the automatic doors via the app, which is super handy! Everything is also clearly organized: you can clearly see which contract you have, and the billing is easy to find.The storage space itself is in good order: clean, tidy, and easily accessible. There are three free trolleys available, which makes moving items a lot easier. Additionally, you can use a large elevator or a wide staircase, allowing larger items to be easily moved up or down.And should your energy completely drain away during the move or clearing out process, you can always grab a cold Red Bull from the vending machine while enjoying the music playing. A nice extra that makes the experience just a little more pleasant!In short: a neat, modern, and user-friendly storage location where everything is well organized. Highly recommended!
