Good communication, friendly staff, They make good arrangements, and excellent service. The drivers arrived right on time, within the timeframe. Everything was picked up neatly. I definitely recommend this company. I would definitely use Boxie24 again in the future.
I'm eagerly awaiting the guys from Boxie24! There comes the little truck pulling into the street! Yes, space in my house and in my head! Twice a year, they pick up the sturdy green plastic boxes from my house and deliver them back home if desired. And oh yeah, they call on the way to let me know what time they expect to arrive! There they are! My boxes are in the hallway on the ground floor, as agreed. The guys are always friendly, fast, and professional. Making appointments with this company is easy, online! The positive image of the company and its staff makes it easy to entrust my belongings to them with confidence. Last but not least, they respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Highly recommended.
Direct, friendly contact after requesting a quote. Clear quote. The website is easy to navigate, with all the required information. Friendly staff deliver your crates (minimum rental is 10 crates!) and pick them up at the agreed-upon time. They call ahead to let you know they're coming. The only problem is that they all have different mobile numbers, which your phone doesn't recognize as Boxie24.
Great. Good service and very fast. I called on Thursday, and they were able to pick up the items the next day.
