We urgently needed storage in Oud Beijerland (we mentioned this as well), so we filled out the form on the website. We didn't receive a response, so we emailed a different email address and still didn't get a response, so we called. They said they would look into a storage unit and we'd hear back, but again, no response. We texted, emailed, called, and still no response! So we sent an angry email and arranged for another storage unit, and guess what, they did respond to the angry email. It's ridiculous, what a company I definitely recommend. Google requires me to give this review a star; otherwise, I can't post it! They don't even deserve that one star.
