At Casaforte, I found professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness, both from Alessandra, with whom I initially spoke over the phone, and from Emanuele, the manager of the ZARA store where I was directed. Emanuele listened carefully before proposing the solution best suited to my needs and within my budget. He dedicated all the necessary time to me, answering all my questions and enthusiastically showing me the facility's operation—it's brand new, spotlessly clean, and very streamlined. I left with a signed contract and the satisfaction of having resolved a small logistical issue that I couldn't manage at home. And with the pleasure of having met a warm and kind person, whom I hope to meet again on my future visits to the facility.
I am completely satisfied with the service I received in every way. From the first call to Sales to the cleaning of the system, everything was handled with great professionalism and efficiency. Mr. Emanuele proved to be helpful, competent, and attentive to my needs, helping me resolve the issue in the best possible way.
During the difficult process of moving, Emanuele has been so helpful. Definitely recommend Casaforte to anyone!
