I discovered My Storage by chance. A Google search and reading the reviews. It seemed too good to be true, at least here in Palermo. So I called, went to check it out, and was speechless. A unique and excellent service. But that's an understatement. The facility is like a bunker. Extremely secure. Customized access codes, clean and spacious warehouses of all sizes. Truly competitive prices. No rental contracts, just the time you need, regularly invoiced. But what was fundamental was their availability, kindness, and absolute flexibility in managing the customer's needs. Mr. and Mrs. Conigliaro, father and son (the latter manages MyStorage), are wonderful, clear, professional, and extremely available, at all hours and for every need and moment. Their staff are no less. I rented two storage units for a year due to a move, and I assure everyone who reads this review that it was easy, convenient, and, above all, reassuring. I didn't think similar solutions existed in Palermo (remember those American-style storage units you see in movies?) but I'm so glad I did. Last but not least, if you don't have a trusted moving company, they have one. I trusted these guys because my furniture had to be stored away for a year, and even though they were a little more expensive than other companies, they did such an excellent job I couldn't believe it! I recommend anyone who needs a safe place to store their belongings to consider My Storage. You won't regret it. Thanks, Davide.

Absolutely positive experience. The garages are comfortable, clean, and well-sheltered. The assistance is always friendly and punctual. Easily and freely accessible. Last but not least, the cost is reasonable and competitive compared to other outdoor garages. Excellent service, highly recommended.
