I'd like to divide my review into two parts:
Reception: 5 stars to Mirko and Filippo for their professionalism, punctuality in all communications, and their consistently helpful and kind service over the past 10 years.
Overall condition of the storage facility: Unfortunately, in recent years I've seen maintenance deteriorate; furthermore, they no longer offer the option of disposing of all packaging in the bins, forcing customers to take it home (which is extremely inconvenient...). One final point: I asked if I could cancel the storage contract but keep the paid package delivery service, and was told that unfortunately this wasn't possible... which is a shame, because I was in a good place with Mirko and Filippo and would have happily continued paying for the service.

Perfect location, clean, private and secure parking.
Well-ventilated spaces for furniture and perfectly organized. You can't find better in Florence.
