I have been renting a storage unit at Kingspace for about a year, and my experience has been excellent from the very beginning. One of the main reasons I chose Kingspace was its convenient location near the city center, as well as the availability of parking, which makes access very easy. Because of my work, I need to visit the storage unit frequently to pick up and return items. Every time, I arrange access with Mr. Luca, who has always been incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and punctual. He is someone you can truly rely on and has never failed to keep his word. What impressed me the most happened just yesterday. Late in the evening, close to 10 PM, I realized that I had accidentally left my passport inside the storage unit. Since I had an early flight the next morning, it was a very stressful situation. Mr. Luca immediately took action and found a solution to help me access the unit and retrieve my passport. His dedication and willingness to help went far beyond what I expected.Kingspace is a company that gives customers real peace of mind. The service is outstanding, the staff are trustworthy and responsive, and the value for money is excellent. I would highly recommend Kingspace to anyone looking for secure and reliable storage.
