I had a very good experience using Box OK. They dropped off empty boxes to my apartment in Florence, picked them up (the pickup was late but it is Italy) and then they actually shipped the boxes to my new apartment in Portugal for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this service, and Mauro gave very good customer service via email. Thank you!

Been a client since 2020, and always works perfectly except now, that I've been waiting for more than a month to get my boxes back and no one replies on the client area of the website, nor email and don't even pick up the phone. It was been causing me an enormous amount of stress and disappointment.

They charged me double on my storage and when I tried reaching out to the customer service for refund and send me back my box, no one’s replying and no one’s picking up the call, for WEEKS I’ve waited for a response. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I've been a customer of BoxOk since 2021, but my latest experience is already extremely disappointing right from the start! Despite immediate payment for my shipment, I've received no updates, and my initial support ticket vanished. Communication with customer service was not only unhelpful but also suggested I was to blame for their shortcomings and I was left with the customer agent telling me they cannot help me ! what a wonderful customer service! . I compromised and changed my box dimension and bought extra three boxes that I don’t need from them although the box I had was slightly bigger than a suitcase size which they could’ve easily accepted to take care of since they claim to offer Personalized services. Agent demanded the payment before processing anything, which I promptly made and proved at 15:00 immediately to avoid any delays, yet I've still received no notification or tracking link.To add insult to injury, BoxOk's fees have doubled since I first used their services — now they charge you 9.95euro for a box and 19.95 for suitcases — yet the quality of service and customer support has noticeably declined, including encounters with rudeness and blatant system errors.I'm sharing this in hopes of prompting to address these serious issues and improve as a community. Why is customer service deteriorating, and why are errors not being fixed?
