Excellent welcome, clear explanations, the storage units are well-organized and sufficiently secure with double access plus the individual unit door. The staff are pleasant and accommodating when needed. The conditions are explained at the beginning, so if you want to go on the weekend, you just need to plan ahead.I recommend this agency 👍😉
Run away!1- Arrogant, unprofessional: Customers were not notified that their storage units had flooded due to bad weather. Significant property damage. These people refused to provide the insurance document stipulating the amount of compensation.2- Confidentiality and anonymity not maintained: Mont-Blanc Stockage sent you an open informational email, sweeping away their entire customer list: first and last names, last names, email addresses. Imagine a battered person found by chance by their spouse after this blunder.3- They are acting illegally (good to know for their victims who wish to take their dispute to court): their website does not mention the professional mediator with whom they are affiliated, which is a legal requirement.Don't hesitate to complain to SIGNAL CONSO and call the General Directorate for Fraud Control.
The premises are recent, well designed and well secured, the access is practical with a little practice, the reception is attentive and attentive. I recommend 100%
