Excellent welcome, clear explanations, the storage units are well-organized and sufficiently secure with double access plus the individual unit door. The staff are pleasant and accommodating when needed. The conditions are explained at the beginning, so if you want to go on the weekend, you just need to plan ahead.I recommend this agency 👍😉
Run away!1- Arrogant and unprofessional: customers were not notified about flooding in their storage units due to a storm. Extensive property damage. They refused to provide the insurance document specifying the compensation amount.2- Confidentiality and anonymity not preserved: Mont-Blanc Stockage sends you an open informational email, including their entire customer list: names, surnames, email addresses. Imagine a battered person being found by chance by their partner because of this blunder.3- They are breaking the law (good to know for their victims who wish to take legal action): their website does not mention the professional mediator they are affiliated with, which is a legal requirement.Don't hesitate to file a complaint with SIGNAL CONSO and call the Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF).
The premises are modern, well-designed, and secure; access is convenient with a little getting used to; and the staff are welcoming and attentive. I recommend it 100%.
