Since my apartment is on the ground floor, the fact that it's poorly insulated and there's no heating makes the humidity even worse: it's constantly cold and my laundry doesn't dry.For over a week now, I've been without heating, while some of my neighbors have it. The heating was supposed to be turned back on a week ago, but nothing has been done. Yet, this service is deducted from my monthly rent receipt. On Monday, I contacted your services because you are the social housing provider, and are therefore supposed to intervene in the event of a problem. Your slogan is Engie Solutions, but at this point I would rather call it Engie Sans Solution.A technician came to my home. He noticed that my radiators weren't heating, and since they're old, they can't be bled. According to him, the apartments on the 12th floor (the top floor of the building) need to be bled. Ready to intervene, he then received a call from the sector manager, who informed him of an emergency at another site, preventing him from completing his intervention.Since this setback, I have heard nothing from your company, despite my multiple complaints by phone.Today, I called customer service again: endless waiting, repeated calls, and finally someone picked up. I explained the situation. She told me it was a general outage, without knowing when a technician would arrive. When I asked her if I would have heating this weekend, she was unable to answer, without any empathy, before saying "have a nice day" and hanging up on me.An important detail: when someone tries to reach you for an emergency, the wait time is very long, and the number is chargeable.A word of advice: if you need to contact Engie Solutions, be patient... and plan to pay for the wait.In conclusion, given your lack of responsiveness and the lack of service provided, I fully understand the landlord's request that tenants now contact you directly. To me, this is shameful: no heating, paid service, and incompetent. It's almost up to the tenants to find a solution themselves. I find this unacceptable.
