A family-run storage unit rental business that deserves to be better known. Numerous services are offered: freight elevator, secure access, clear and easy-to-read information notices, and on-site staff. The facilities are well-maintained and clean. The service is excellent and very professional. Highly recommended.
Impeccable customer service. I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises and the convenient and secure access to the storage unit. An employee and/or Mr. and Mrs. Heckmann are present during office hours and can be reached outside of business hours if needed. 👍
We rented a storage unit for our daughter for six months, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The reception was very pleasant, as was the manager, who was helpful and professional.The site is secured with surveillance cameras, which is very reassuring. Access to the unit is simple and convenient, making coming and going easy.We recommend this establishment without hesitation for its professionalism, security, and quality of service.
