Very satisfied with my experience at Locakase Poitiers. Everything was perfect; a big thank you to the whole team and especially to the site manager.
Excellent service at Locakase Poitiers! Welcoming and helpful staff, spotless and secure premises. Setting up the contract was quick and easy; I dealt with Lina, who was super nice and pleasant 👌🏻
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THERE //!!!\\ Everything seems fine at first, but at the slightest problem, they won't lift a finger to help you. The floor of the storage unit is uneven, and a piece of my furniture fell into the unit below. I went to see the person at reception, who made absolutely no effort to help me. He even implied that it was our fault it fell downstairs and made up some excuse about how the shape of the walls (irregular) prevented the floor from being completely closed. I went upstairs, took a picture, and showed him who had lied to me. His reaction: it's still your fault, you should have been more careful. So you rent a unit with holes in the floor and it's our fault??? After insisting repeatedly, I finally told him to call me back if they found it; I haven't heard anything for a month. They shouldn't be too hard on themselves!!! So I ended up with a piece of furniture that was impossible to assemble, and I was supposed to (according to them) buy them another one. And on top of that, they dare ask for a Google review, here it is!!! Please avoid them at all costs!!!!
