I was looking for a storage unit for a month while I sorted out a move, and I stumbled upon LocaKase quite by chance. I'm so glad I did.
The person who helped me wanted to know exactly what I needed to store before suggesting anything. As a result, I was directed to a smaller unit than the one I had in mind. It was more than enough, and it cost me less. Honestly, being advised against spending more isn't something that happens to me very often.
The rest went smoothly: clean facilities, easy access, and they took a couple of minutes each time I came in to check if everything was alright. I called a few times with questions, and I always got answers the same day. Friendly and very attentive people. I highly recommend them.

An absolutely exceptional experience!I would like to extend my warmest thanks to the two people who welcomed my son Alan and me. Their kindness, availability, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to customer service are remarkable and deserve to be recognized. We needed to store some of my son's belongings for a month while he moved from his old apartment to his new one. And then, a very pleasant surprise: Locakase lent us a van—yes, a free van! We simply had to fill up the tank. Such a generous gesture is so rare these days that it deserves to be highlighted. It made our move incredibly easy, and we sincerely appreciated it. The reception at the office was impeccable: warm, professional, and always with a smile. As for the storage unit, it was spotless, perfectly clean, and very reassuring for storing our belongings. It's rare to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction so much. It's a true example of professionalism, humanity, and quality service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This was the best storage unit experience I've ever had in my life, and I'm from the U.S. where storage units are a national obsession. Everything from start to finish was easy and pleasant. Because my French language skills are severely lacking, we were able to do everything via email. Everyone was friendly and very responsive. When I arrived to fill the unit before the office was open, the instructions inside the email packet were so thorough that I was in & out very quickly. There was even a map to my particular unit. In addition, the facilities are fantastic; dollies and hand-trucks are available, everything is clean and spacious. They also provide a key lock for the unit. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Excellent, pleasant experience overall.
