I placed an order with Ikea that I was supposed to pick up at "à chacun son box". It was indicated on the Ikea website that the collection point was open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, when I arrived at 5:20 p.m., there was no one there. I called the number indicated on the front door. The person I spoke to informed me that the closing time was moving to 5 p.m. for the summer and that he had informed IKEA. This gentleman nevertheless came back to deliver my order. A big thank you to him because he saved me from having to rent a van again and drive back. Thank you for your professionalism.

I had a large Ikea order delivered there. Fast delivery and everything was perfect. The owner even helped us load it onto the trailer. Great!

This A CHACUN SON BOX store in CAUDAN / LORIENT was the recipient of internet orders made by customers at Ikea, including me who had chosen this place to pick up my Ikea package, package due to arrive on June 18, then from June 17, no news when receiving my package, when I went there on June 22 to see if my package was there, the manager told me that he had refused all IKEA packages, because there were too many and that IKEA had to find another place to send its packages! Super unprofessional! If the BOXES are managed in the same way, you shouldn't be surprised if you no longer have a box without having been warned. I think that a professional cannot act like this and I am at Ikea's disposal to testify to the mishap that is happening to me with my package that I am waiting for, I think that Ikea is having a hard time finding a new collection site for these packages urgently. I do not recommend this company.
