Today, I visited a self-storage facility to rent a unit, and I was absolutely delighted with the welcome! A huge thank you to Mathieu, an extremely polite, smiling, and positive person—a true ray of sunshine. Such warm customer service deserves a bonus!At my request, Mathieu showed me several units so I could see the sizes for myself. And what really touched me was how kindly he welcomed my dog, saying, "It's hot in the car, of course she can come with you!"—a simple gesture that speaks volumes about his respect for the customer.I rented a 4 m² unit for an initial period of 3 months, at the very advantageous rate of €52/month thanks to a promotional offer (instead of €75). For Nantes, that's unbeatable.Another very practical point: there are restrooms on the ground floor, which is rare in this type of facility.In short, I give 10 out of 5 stars for the quality of service and the respect shown to customers and animals. Thanks again to Mathieu for his exceptional welcome!
The staff is very pleasant, and very accommodating. The boxes are well maintained. Easy to access and many facilities are available. I recommend.
