Not too expensive and various sizes available. They are well-sealed shipping containers. Easy access. Video surveillance. Driving in the aisle is difficult (by car) since they double-parked a container; I imagine it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to get through with a truck.Storage is reasonably priced, even though the rates increased by €10 after 3 years.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Selfstock's service. I reserved a storage unit (VSG26) several weeks ago, but the next day, I received an email and a text message informing me of a computer bug that made my unit unavailable. This is unacceptable! You offer attractive promotions, but then you fail to honor your commitments to your customers.Since this incident, I've tried to contact them dozens of times, but each time I call, I'm told that the sales representative is busy or not available. They promise to call me back, but no one ever does! This is deplorable customer service, and I find myself in a very complicated situation, without a storage unit and without any explanation.I can only deplore this lack of professionalism and organization. If you are considering renting a storage unit from Selfstock, I advise you to think twice. The lack of communication and disregard for customers are signs of a company that doesn't deserve your trust.
I was satisfied with the rental service. The only thing I have to complain about is that when there is a problem or a request, we don't get an answer right away, but we do get a response within 2 days.
