The warehouse itself is fine.But forget to pay one invoice on time. Otherwise, they don't remind you of the due date.This starts an aggressive payment reminder cycle with paper invoices where 7 days are the payment term and an unreasonable 40€ reminder is added.These paper payment reminders don't even have time to arrive in the mailbox when the due date has already passed, which is where a new one starts with new reminder fees.
completely substandard house. cold and obviously poorly insulated (maybe even uninsulated) "warehouse". yard completely unkept all year round, needs an SUV in winter during/after snowdrifts. afterwards you get an unspecified invoice for the repairs made. no one can be reached on the phone about anything. apparently all kinds of changes were made without the knowledge of the building inspectorate. there was no ventilation at all, at least in the part where I was renting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone
Bad service, emails not answered for several days. Goods stolen from warehouse, security lock not enough!
It doesn't work with them. Sometimes the main door doesn't work, sometimes the lock on your own cabin doesn't either. Never again! They don't take any responsibility for their own cabins.
