Neat storage and convenient access by phone
The Cityvarasto Hämeenlinna office is located in Kankaantausta, close to the city center and motorway connections, which offers smooth logistics for both city residents and transport entrepreneurs.
My own experiences with Cityvarasto Oyj are very bad!After I gave a negative, but completely truthful review of the company, the company's CEO started threatening me with a claim for damages. This company does not seem to accept reviews other than those that polish its own image. Apparently truthful reviews, which can be found on Facebook, for example, cause threats to be directed at the customer.On its own website, the company only publishes comments praising it and the truth is hidden behind the scenes by not publishing negative reviews.I have made a request for investigation of this company to the police, because they first made a payment agreement with me (a collection agency used by Cityvarasto Oyj, as I understand it, with the mandate of Cityvarasto Oyj), which was supposed (according to the representative of Cityvarasto Oyj and the collection agency) to prevent the closure of my access rights. The opposite happened - they broke the agreement and closed my access rights illegally. After this, even though I had paid all the rent as agreed, they announced that they had terminated my rental space. My lawyer said that this was an illegal termination.This scam has now caused me about 250,000 euros in damage, because due to their actions I will lose my home. They prevented me from using the storage space at a critical stage of my apartment sale - my apartment sale failed because no replacement space was found.My recommendation is that you should not do any deals with this company. In my experience, the company operates worthlessly and dishonorably, and when you dare to criticize their actions, they try to silence you by threatening you with their big company wallet.It would be worth it for everyone who writes here to also publish their reviews elsewhere, so that people can learn how this company actually operates.Cityvarasto Oyj gives the impression in its standard public responses that you could supposedly talk to them, but in my experience this is not the case in practice.
