Had a room with them for a few months after moving. I was actually very happy until the day I gave notice of the room and had to empty it. Since July I have repeatedly received reminders and charges for a room that I have paid for, I have repeatedly shown receipts for payment, yet the charges were sent to debt collection. Really shameful that a company does not have control of their accounts and no one in that company talks to each other. I will not rent from City self storage again.
