Great service! Everyone, from the office to the movers, is friendly, service-minded and finds the best solution.
Here are good and dry storage rooms
The two movers who moved my things were nice enough, but they were both heavy smokers and took long smoking breaks. I was glad that I didn't have to pay for their time. Furthermore, they didn't have a clear understanding of their job. They had almost lost parts of an old cupboard, as old furniture is assembled in sections. If I hadn't been there, they would have forgotten my bike. It seems like anyone can become a mover, but it requires a high degree of responsibility to handle other people's things - it's not enough to be able to lift and drive a car. Now I have also experienced paying double for room rent this month and therefore missing DKK 1040 in my account.
