Since we are moving and need a storage room, we find storage for rent online. On their website they advertise that they have 0-10 m2 from 300,- per month. But when we contact them by phone and ask about the different prices, we are greeted by a woman on the phone. When we ask about square meters, she says that they sell storage in cubic meters. However, on the website it says m2 and not m3. The woman starts by laughing at us and says that it must be a mistake. And she sticks to it, but when I tell her that it is false marketing, she laughs mockingly at us. When we point out to the woman that we don't want to listen to her laughing at us like that, she just says: "ok, good day" Never had such poor service and guidance. Worst conversation.
