Avoid this storage company at all costs. We stored our belongings in unit 0227 from November 1, 2024 to April 20, 2025, and returned to find one of our suitcases open and damaged. Several items had clearly been taken, including some of my favorite limited-edition Tom Ford eyeshadow quads and Chanel makeup brushes, all in new condition.The door lock to our unit was intact, which strongly suggests this was done by someone with authorized access, most likely a member of their staff. We reached out to the company via email to report the issue, but received no response.Completely unacceptable experience. We do not recommend using this company if you care about the security of your belongings.Updates: We received a response from team member Peter a few hours after this review was posted. As instructed, we have filed a police report. However, we remain concerned about how property is safeguarded at your facility. Thanks, Ben & Rachel
I had an amazing experience in Copenhagen, and Peter who was manning the office was definitely one of the reasons why. Polite, professional, and super duper helpful, I would steal this guy to be my staff if ever I opened a business in Denmark. Well done. The place had wonderful service courtesy of Peter, facilities were top tier and so easy to store your belongings. Would definitely recommend!
Hands down, I have never experienced a better or more professional service across all service industries. Peter made all the difference by not rushing me through it and taking his time to explain the concept, pricing policy matrix and generally made the process of booking the storage room transparent which made me feel comfortable.
