Convenient, accessible any time and anyhow, clean, safe, secure, and with very friendly staff.... I had a box there for the last 12 years. They make an amazing job to make this place very ...at home... Even on difficult financial times. I always had a friendly call reminding me to pay my due bills. Not an insulting letter from a outtrum organization... I will come back to Secure storage any times. No doubts. It has just been an extension of our home!
This is an excellent storage company and I cannot speak too highly of their services. Clean and very well-maintained. Equipment available for removal vans to load/unload. Very easy to deal with, clear explanations, and advice if necessary. Staff are fantastic and make you feel like family - I would like to especially mention Madame Bertrand - she is a real treasure!
