Hi everyone! Actually, everything's really cleverly done! The customers sort it out themselves, but the first time I tried, I couldn't find the key box. Then I called and asked if it was like a gray safe. The lady on the phone was very rude and probably didn't know the word "safe," so she kept saying that even blind people could find it. It made me feel uncomfortable!!!! Otherwise, everything's fine, and you can easily get to and from the store by car!!!! Kind regards, S.Schwarze
Good storage facility with a ramp.The communication from Zebrabox itself was rather unfriendly, as they cancelled the discount after 6 months, meaning I had to pay about 100 CHF more. My standing order continued, and 30 days after the invoice, I received a late payment fee of 20 CHF and, of course, immediate suspension of my storage unit. I think this could have been handled more amicably. ;)
