Secure and well sized storage units in Denges at a fair price that I used for over a year. Excellent customer service with Fred Tenger who went above and beyond expectations during all our exchanges.

I've been a customer at Easystock in Montelly for years and have never had any problems. Today I received a call accusing me of triggering an alarm, even though I wasn't there yesterday. I clearly stated that it was my husband and a friend who were there. Even so, they insisted that the security cameras showed a woman, not two men. After checking with my husband, I learned that there were two women there yesterday, from a different booth, who had nothing to do with us. What really gets to me is that they didn't call to ask if it was me, but to confirm it and tell me I would receive the fine at home. Access code or not, the security camera footage clearly shows other people there. I don't know how to take it, whether it's because I'm a woman or because these women were also of foreign origin. A very bitter taste from easystock and your handling of things.
