Opaque and unrealistic rental process:I inquired about a small office space with ROOM4U. Despite the monthly prepayment requirement,my request was categorically rejected based on a "credit check."Particularly disappointing:Even the offer to pay several months in advance (e.g., 6 months) was categorically rejected – with the explanation that internal guidelines apply regardless of actual creditworthiness.In my view, this business logic is incomprehensible:If payments are made in advance and therefore there is no payment risk, actual creditworthiness should be weighted more heavily than a standardized score.The process seems inflexible, not very customer-oriented, and unsuitable for freelancers or people in transitional situations.Anyone hoping for individual solutions or sound business practices will be disappointed.Incidentally, my credit rating is so poor that I have already secured a conventional office lease. The Room4U concept would have been simpler, but unfortunately not feasible with this company policy.

Room4you Schaffhausen is really great. Everything runs very smoothly and professionally. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The caretaker is very helpful and solution-oriented.
