There was no parking space to pick up the stored packages (from IKEA). We had to park in the garage entrance. Access to the storage unit and the compartment was easily possible using a code.
For over a week – and supposedly even longer – the front door has been broken. No one is responding, and on the phone they claim a button is stuck, which isn't true. The main thing is that the money keeps being debited from the account. Mr. Probst, who is supposed to always get in touch, of course, never does. If you use the online contact form, you get no response; the only reply is an automated email asking about your satisfaction with customer service.
