We had an IKEA delivery sent to a Storebox. The pickup deadline was clearly defined by IKEA, and pickup was possible on a specific day.The Storebox is accessible via a code sent by SMS as soon as the goods have been delivered. The code was valid for multiple access points, which is especially convenient if you have to make several trips due to a large number of packages.Note: Long packages can be a bit difficult to retrieve, as the door to the individual storage unit is relatively low.All in all, a good experience; the entire process is automated and easily accessible in Linz city center.

Warning: Storebox is a fraudulent company.They debited my PayPal account twice via direct debit, each time a few euros less than the original €123 (€119), and then claimed I hadn't paid. I made numerous phone calls, and the result was that an employee advised me to transfer the entire €246 for September and October again to prevent the storage unit subscription from automatically renewing. I transferred the money because I wanted to cancel the unit. It was closed, but I doubt I'll ever see the two €119 charges again. Storebox debited my account. I sent all my details and proof of payment to support multiple times via email. I received an automated reply saying they would look into it, but I never received a response, not even after weeks. I will have to consult a lawyer.Stay away!!!
