Be careful!!! The general operating costs significantly exceed one month's rent! This amount bears no relation to the services provided. (Winter maintenance is virtually nonexistent - icy and dangerous ground conditions in front of the individual garages.) Defective lighting for months. Garden waste is very rare, and then everything is simply left lying around, and the wind blows it into the back row of garages. Read the contract carefully: Cancellation ONLY per quarter and then with a 3-month notice period. After returning the garage properly, you don't get your deposit back, but it takes another 30 days for payment, as the billing apparently requires an enormous amount of work, which, of course, is also offset by €60. Once and never again... There are cheaper garages!

Suitable at best as furniture storage, because as soon as any spillage occurs on the floor, like motor oil or something similar, they demand exorbitant compensation. On top of that, they tell you the property is suitable for commercial use. After you've rented it, of course, they say: "No, you can only have the invoice issued to your company, but the property isn't intended for that kind of use." Thanks, dude, never again!
