I booked a storage unit, wanted to store something two days later, and couldn't open it. The service hotline advised me to cancel the booked unit and book a new one. I booked a new unit online, but I couldn't cancel the first one online and, as discussed with the service hotline, sent an email. Only after several follow-ups on my part was the cancellation finally confirmed after three weeks, and I had to wait another two weeks for the refund.I couldn't cancel the second unit online either and had to contact the service team again by email. If I hadn't needed the storage space urgently/at short notice, I wouldn't have booked the second unit in the first place.I wouldn't recommend Storebox to anyone and will definitely never book storage space through Storebox again.

This location is completely unsuitable as a pickup point for Ikea deliveries. There is absolutely no parking. The warehouse is situated right in the middle of Wiener Neustadt's main thoroughfare. Consequently, you can't even turn around and look for a parking space. In my opinion, it's outrageous not to mention this when placing the order. For €20 in delivery charges, I expect at least the theoretical possibility of picking up my order properly.Addendum: They keep saying they're aware of the parking situation. So why do they offer Click & Collect? If they can't deliver the service, then please don't offer it. It's pointless.

What was Ikea thinking with this location?... Right, not much! If you live within walking distance and only pick up small items that fit in a shopping bag, then it's perfect. Anything that needs to be transported... forget it! Grazerstraße is the busiest street in Wiener Neustadt with zero parking options. If you want the thrill + challenge of double-parking, with the guarantee that all other road users will love you, then this is the place for you. If you want something a little more cozy and quiet, then never choose this StoreBox. I honestly don't know which Smurf at Ikea came up with that, but my respect for this logistical misstep.

The Storebox in Wiener Neustadt is completely unsuitable. How can you plan a furniture pickup station without a parking space?It would have worked perfectly if you could walk in and pick up a few screws, but transporting furniture usually requires a means of transport and at least a short-term loading option. Completely crazy!
