STAY AWAY from ordering furniture from IKEA Storebox!I suspect this constitutes customer coercion. A formal complaint is now being filed with IKEA Möbelvertrieb OHG headquarters.IKEA should reconsider its location and partnership with this storage provider.IKEA's service and products are excellent, but the pickup option and therefore the service at Storebox are abysmal!Storebox Wiener Neustadt is a disaster when it comes to loading by car. It's the absolute worst location for a Storebox.We ordered parts from IKEA there. (It's actively advertised!)The three parking spaces directly on the main street are, of course, occupied by the surrounding residents around the clock. Parking in the surrounding streets is also a complete nightmare. If you then want to load with a car trailer or something similar, you're out of luck.I was then forced to park my car and trailer illegally in a private courtyard, in a no-parking zone, all the way around the block – under threat of being reported – just so I had any chance of finding a place to park!I had to carry my furniture, weighing a total of 200 kg, about 300 meters across the city in roughly six (!) trips. This isn't funny; it's simply extortion and unacceptable treatment of the customer! An hour of carrying. Outrageous!You save yourself a lot of time, stress, and money if you don't use this service!

This location is completely unsuitable as a pickup point for Ikea deliveries. There is absolutely no parking. The warehouse is situated right in the middle of Wiener Neustadt's main thoroughfare. Consequently, you can't even turn around and look for a parking space. In my opinion, it's outrageous not to mention this when placing the order. For €20 in delivery charges, I expect at least the theoretical possibility of picking up my order properly.Addendum: They keep saying they're aware of the parking situation. So why do they offer Click & Collect? If they can't deliver the service, then please don't offer it. It's pointless.

What was Ikea thinking with this location?! ... Exactly, not much!If you live within walking distance and are only picking up small items that fit in a shopping bag, then it's perfect. Anything that needs to be carried... forget it! Grazerstraße is the busiest street in Wiener Neustadt with zero parking spaces. If you're looking for the thrill and challenge of double-parking, with the guarantee that you'll love every other driver, then this is the place for you. If you prefer something a bit more comfortable and quiet, then never choose this StoreBox.I really don't know which Smurf at Ikea came up with this, but I have the utmost respect for this logistical blunder.

This is unacceptable. There's no parking available, not even for a short stop. It was my first time there, and I only parked briefly next to the garage, intending to drive into the courtyard to pick up my order. I immediately drove out again when I realized it wasn't part of IKEA's property. Now I'm really looking forward to the hefty fine from my lawyer. My order was worth €400, and the fine will be considerably more expensive. I wasn't even warned beforehand by the salesperson that there was no parking available. This is no place for furniture collection! As soon as I receive the fine, I'm forwarding it to IKEA.
