!!! WARNING, SCAMMERS !!!Think very carefully before renting or buying a garage from Garagencity GmbH. It could be a very unpleasant and expensive experience.We rented an XXL garage in 2020. In 2022, the company improperly installed photovoltaic panels on the garage roof, resulting in a persistent water leak. Our inventory was wet for months, and in December 2024, significant damage occurred.Despite multiple written and telephone requests, the leak was never repaired, and the damage was never compensated. There was simply no response to any inquiries regarding this incident.As if that weren't enough, Garagencity ultimately demanded €700 for alleged "stains on the floor" that were demonstrably already present at the time of handover. This amount exactly matches the security deposit we initially paid.Do they really rely on such tactics to make money?
The cleaning of the toilets leaves much to be desired!!!
